We are a private, non-profitable foundation, promoting primarily culture, education and social awareness in line with the provisions of our statutes. In all of these areas we are especially encouraging the advancement and further development of human abilities and opportunities.
We are associated with the global Voith Group and incorporated in the set of values of the Voith shareholder families, who as descendants of Dr. Hanns Voith actively support the foundation Hanns-Voith-Stiftung. The education and the support especially of younger people have always been close to the heart of the founder of the organization.
Our foundation aspires to support the active citizens within our society in any undertakings that are committed to the intentions and purposes of the foundation. The foundation Hanns-Voith-Stiftung constitutes an important instrument aiding the Voith Group of Companies in exercising its social, educational and cultural responsibilities towards society and workforce, especially in the region of Eastern Württemberg.
Our Goals
- Supporting people financially in their scientific, educational, artistic, charitable, environmental and nature-conserving activities.
- Promoting people in areas such as international understanding and development aid.
- Supporting people carrying out measures and projects based on the teachings of Rudolf Steiner.
- Expanding the support framework of our foundation financially and subject-related.
- Preserving and increasing the assets of the foundation and raising donations.
- Paying special attention to the target orientation, efficiency and sustainability of the foundation's financial grants.
